Pen Computer Systems (PCS) Pty Ltd was incorporated in 1993 to meet the specialised health information system requirements of primary health care services in Australia. Early in our development as a company we invested in knowledge and experience in "pen-based computer systems" to empower field health professionals and this is where the name of the company was conceived. From these beginnings our operational scope has broadened to address the development and delivery of systems in health informatics. This reflects the experience of our directors and staff and has led to PCS becoming a leading Australian-owned Health Informatics company.
